The PHNA-Upper Madison Group (PHNA-UMG)  is a collaboration of the City of Albany,community merchants, and Albany residents dedicated to the improvement and promotion of our wonderful neighborhood.
Our goal is to beautify, market and celebrate Albany’s Upper Madison area as a model of city living at its best.
The Pine Hills Neighborhood Association is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and fiscal coordinator for (PHNA-UMG).
