Businesses and not-for-profits located in the Upper Madison area may be entitled to register at no cost. We also reserve a small number of spaces for not-for-profits from outside the Upper Madison area that are active here. Contact us at either uppermadisonmerchants@uppermadison.org or nfps@uppermadison.org to confirm your eligibility and access the registration form.

Food Vendors for on-site consumption such as burritos, sandwiches etc. that do not have a storefront in the Upper Madison Area apply here: On-Site Food Vendor Registration. Generally we do not accept On Site Food vendors who compete directly with businesses located in the Upper Madison Area. Contact us with questions at vendors@uppermadison.org.

Vendors of original art works, handmade crafts or local food stuffs not for day of consumption that do not have a storefront in the Upper Madison Area, apply here: Vendor/Crafter/Artist Registration. Re-sellers of manufactured merchandise will not be accepted. Contact us with questions at vendors@uppermadison.org.

Stage entertainers (band, dance troupe, etc.), please contact us by email at entertainment@uppermadison.org.

Strolling entertainers (clown, balloon twister, magician etc.), please contact us by email at activities@uppermadison.org.
