Many of our projects began as ideas in a visioning study completed in 2011, when what’s now the Upper Madison Group was called “Beautify Upper Madison Project (BUMP)”. The 2011 Visioning Study was authored Kevin Boucher, who was a graduate student in the Masters of Regional Planning Program at the University at Albany, SUNY. The full report is still an interesting read and gives a sense of the long term commitment that has been made to making Upper Madison a model of “City Living at Its Best”!
